She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Walden University. Oksana is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care, with a focus on building strong relationships with her patients and supporting their overall health and well-being.

Oksana Sementchouk is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than eight years of healthcare experience across a variety of clinical settings. Her background includes primary care, gastroenterology, pediatrics, geriatrics, perioperative care, post-anesthesia care, giving her a broad understanding of patient needs across different stages of life.

Oksana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Northridge, and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner education at Charles R. Drew University. Throughout her career, she has also taken on clinical leadership responsibilities, further strengthening her experience in patient care, care coordination, and team-based practice.

Oksana speaks four languages—English, Armenian, Russian, and Spanish—which allows her to communicate with and support patients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
