Apex Community Health Center is committed to ensuring that high-quality healthcare is accessible and affordable for all patients, regardless of their ability to pay.
Our Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP) is available to all patients and provides reduced fees for services based on income and family size, in accordance with federal guidelines.
Patients with incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines may qualify for discounted services. For patients with the lowest incomes, nominal fees may apply.
The Sliding Fee Discount Program applies to a broad range of services, including primary care, preventive services, and behavioral health services, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent access to necessary care.
No patient will be denied services due to inability to pay.
